By creating an account or using SkillPayout, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Softchoice Solutions USA.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use SkillPayout. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement, that participation in skill-based competitions is lawful in your jurisdiction, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
SkillPayout is currently unavailable to residents of the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, South Carolina, and Tennessee. This list is reviewed periodically and is subject to change.
SkillPayout operates as a skill-based competition platform. All outcomes are determined entirely by participant performance on timed, proctored knowledge assessments. Outcomes are not determined by chance, randomness, or luck. SkillPayout is not a gambling platform and does not operate games of chance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account with any other person. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Your SkillPayout wallet holds funds you have deposited for use on the platform. Deposits are processed by Stripe and credited to your wallet upon payment confirmation. Withdrawals are sent to your verified bank account and typically arrive within one to two business days. Wallet balances do not earn interest.
Your entry fee is deducted from your wallet at the time of entry. Entry fees are non-refundable unless a challenge is cancelled or the minimum participant threshold is not reached, in which case all entry fees are refunded automatically to your wallet. Payouts are distributed to qualifying scorers after the challenge closes and all results are verified.
You agree not to use automated tools, bots, or scripts during assessments; share assessment questions outside the platform; operate more than one account; attempt to manipulate scores, rankings, or payouts; or initiate fraudulent payment disputes. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of wallet balance, and civil or criminal liability where applicable.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required before your first withdrawal is processed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete verification will prevent withdrawals but will not affect your ability to enter challenges.
All assessments are electronically monitored. Tab switching, browser focus changes, and unusual behavioral patterns are logged and may be reviewed. Entries flagged for suspicious activity are held pending manual review before any payout is released. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse payouts where misconduct or fraud is confirmed.
All platform content, assessment questions, software, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of Softchoice Solutions USA. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Softchoice Solutions USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your wallet in the thirty days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
