SkillPayout is a skill-based competition platform. All outcomes are determined entirely by participant performance on timed, proctored knowledge assessments. No element of chance or randomness influences results. This distinguishes SkillPayout from games of chance and gambling under applicable federal and state law.
It remains your responsibility to confirm that participation in skill-based competitions for money is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
SkillPayout is currently unavailable to residents of Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Users in these states are blocked at registration. This list is reviewed on an ongoing basis as our legal analysis evolves.
Participation requires age 18 or older. This requirement is enforced at registration and confirmed during identity verification.
We encourage all participants to engage responsibly and only enter challenges with funds they are prepared to lose. If you are concerned about compulsive behavior, free resources are available at ncpgambling.org.
Disputes relating to platform operation, assessment results, or account matters should be directed in the first instance to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all disputes within one business day and resolve them within five business days. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

SkillPayout integrates with Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare for content delivery and security. Use of these services is subject to each provider's own terms and policies.
